Eric Dusansky
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Eric has 25+ years of bringing value to investors through proactive idea generation, corporate access origination, team building, and Sales/Management experience.
Eric founded Inflection Partners in 2020 to drive timely, relevant corporate access and equity product distribution in the Industrials, Materials, and Energy Spaces.
Eric began his career at Lehman Brothers in the mid-’90s. He has since built an extensive network with stints at Merrill Lynch, Cowen, and Oppenheimer. Following Oppenheimer, he became the architect of the institutional equity effort in both New York and London for Sterne Agee. Eric built research, sales, and distribution platforms in both the US and UK that resulted in a $100mm+ business.
Eric graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Psychology and received an M.B.A. from The Yale School of Management.
Max Gordon
Associate
Max is a senior at Tulane university currently pursuing a B.S.M in finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Max has prior experience in equity research, initiating coverage for a small cap construction company as part of his Burkenroad Reports coursework.
Max is inquisitive, willing to learn and ready to create a meaningful career in finance.
Max is from New York, and enjoys spending his time skiing, hiking, and fly fishing.
Rohan Ashok
Associate
Rohan is a rising senior at Tulane University, currently enrolled in a dual degree program with a B.S in finance and a B.A in economics including a math minor.
Rohan has prior experience in equity research, publishing a 37- page research report as a part of his Burkenroad Reports coursework. Rohan is curious, willing to learn, and wants to do good work within the finance industry.
Nico Salas
Associate
Nico is a senior at Tulane university currently pursuing a B.S.M in finance as well as a minor in management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Nico has prior experience in equity sales and research, learning under industry professionals at Johnson Rice investment bank. He is organized, a creative problem solver, and eager to begin a career in finance.
Nico is from New Orleans and enjoys fishing, cooking, and spending time with his dog, Axel.
